If so, you can fill out this application for your organization to be considered for the Lead and Design Equity in Staten Island Healthcare program.
This program, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Initiative, brought to you by the PPS and CRE, a non-profit consulting firm, is a series of interactive sessions over four months for directors and senior leadership of Staten Island healthcare organizations. The program will give you the tools and strategic guidance you need to deepen your identity awareness and leadership capacities for advancing not only diversity and inclusion, but more importantly, equity within and beyond your organization.
The program includes:
Seven two-hour facilitated cohort sessions
Three one-hour organizational coaching sessions
Who should apply: 2-3 of the following people from each organization need to participate in the course:
Executive Directors of Staten Island-based Healthcare Equity Network Providers
Senior leadership who have key supervision, staffing and program decision-making responsibility
Key influencers on creating equity within one’s organization
