The inaugural SWI Pop Up highlighted strategies for finding and engaging those individuals who are typically considered the hardest to reach. Executive Director, Dr. Joseph Conte, and Senior Director Workforce Transformation, William Myhre, joined panelists from California and Minnesota to share the successes and challenges of their work. A total of 81 attendees, as well as representatives of MassHealth, Abt Associates, and key MassHealth partners, gathered at the Roxbury Innovation Center for this kick-off event.
Here are some of the findings:
95% of the 81 statewide participants rated the substance and quality of the panel as excellent (strongly agree/agree)
89% said the level of detail and content was useful to me.
86% said the panel addressed an area that has been a challenge for my organization.
87% said , “I learned new things today that I can apply to my own organization.”
85% of participants will come back for future events.
